We have a regulation to grant a license, according to which if there is only one applicant, it must be a doctor, and if several people have applied for a license, 50% plus one of them must be from the medical group, and out of this number, one must be a doctor. Also, in addition to the doctor who is one of the founders, in these institutes, a doctor must take responsibility as the technical manager of the institute, so we do not give permission to non-doctors to establish a skin and hair clinic at all." Pointing out that many violations are committed in these institutions, he emphasizes: "Unfortunately, our supervision of these institutions has not been complete and optimal, and the monitoring system of universities of medical sciences must be smart to monitor violations."

In many centers that operate under the title of beauty clinic, all kinds of beauty procedures are performed; From laser and botox to some cosmetic procedures and even some cosmetic surgeries. On the other hand, some actions are medical malpractice, and if found, a court case will be filed."

The duty of monitoring the advertisements of centers that are somehow related to medical and paramedical activities is the responsibility of the medical system, and this organization also follows up violations in this field. Using special brands, which are very common these days, images of different people such as actors and even other people, is a violation. Besides, an actress is never allowed to build beauty centers, so their names should not be used.
