If the skeleton of the body is in an improper position and more pressure is applied to it, one must wait for more serious problems, and for this reason, they say that the body is in an improper position is one of the most important factors in the occurrence of spine pain.

Pain in the spine area with different causes

Pain is a symptom, and that's why experts say that whenever you feel pain, you should see a doctor to diagnose the cause. Spine pains are the same and can be caused by different reasons. Therefore, those who are faced with spine pain should seek help from doctors to diagnose the main cause.

Dr. Abul Ahrar reminds about this: Spine pains will have various and different causes; Therefore, anyone who is faced with pain or a problem in this area of the body should know that this pain can have different causes, such as inflammation of the joints around the vertebrae, damage to the intervertebral discs, stretching of the ligaments and tendons around the vertebrae, or contraction of the muscles around the spine.

In addition to these, one of the most important factors that can lead to the occurrence of such pain in the long term is the change in the angle and curvature of the spine, which leads to changes in the body's skeletal structure and, as a result, the feeling of pain.

Stand up straight; Sit properly

When it is said that one of the main causes of spine pain is the body being in an improper position, certainly correcting the body position and placing it in the right conditions can be a good way to prevent such pain or even help to treat it.

So if you want not to experience these pains, be aware of the correct way of sitting, standing, working and sleeping during the day. Saying this, Dr. Abul Ahrar explains: When doing daily work, you must be careful to maintain the natural shape of the spine and its natural curvature during work.

This expert doctor continues: The human vertebral column normally has a special angle and has hollows in different areas such as the neck, chest, and back. When the body is in an improper position, these dimples will change and as a result, it will lead to injuries and problems in the spine.

He explains about the correct way of sitting: it is better when you are in a sitting position, five points of your back should be in a straight line. Accordingly, it is recommended to sit in such a way that the hips lean against the end of the chair and two points behind the hips, two points behind the shoulders and the back of the head are in a straight line and perpendicular to the legs.

Maybe it can be said that one of the best conditions that our body has while sitting is when we are driving and when we are sitting behind the wheel of a car. Referring to this issue, he adds: When sitting, the neck and chest should not be bent. It is also recommended not to sit in a hunched or slouched position. Dr. Abul Ahrar advises: Do not bend your head and chest forward and do not hunch over while walking or standing. The shoulders should also be open in this position so that there is no pressure on the spine.

Sometimes we get so busy working that we forget to take care of our body, and that's why Dr. Abul Ahrar says that when a person is busy working, many problems can happen to him. For example, those who bend forward for long hours or those who sit in front of the computer for hours and work in an inappropriate position, will face these pains after a while.

Therefore, it is recommended that you pay attention to these points before starting work and follow these principles that are easily available.

Don't skip these pains easily

It is true that many people face pain in the back and spine, but sometimes these pains are accompanied by other symptoms; Symptoms that force a person to go to the doctor as soon as possible and seek to find the root cause of the pain. Referring to these factors, Dr. Abul Ahrar reminds: Some symptoms, such as sudden severe pains, are dangerous cases that indicate that you should go to the doctor as soon as possible and diagnose the cause.

He continues: The sudden onset of acute pain is one of the cases that requires more detailed investigations. These pains may continue for at least two or three days without relief, and on this basis, it requires more careful follow-up, and especially when the intensity of the pain increases, you must see a doctor on time.

The change in the nervous system is also one of the most important symptoms that people should pay attention to, according to Dr. Abul Ahrar. So, for back pain or leg pain that is accompanied by a feeling of weakness in one part of the body and the patient feels that the muscle strength has decreased in one part of the body, it is recommended to see a doctor. In addition, when the pain is accompanied by sensory changes, the patient should see a doctor immediately according to the danger signs associated with the pain.

He adds: the presence of fever with spine pain, the occurrence of pain at the age of 55 to 60 years or less than 30 years, the presence of pain with underlying diseases such as diabetes and other symptoms such as cough, night sweats and weight loss are other symptoms that require more and more detailed investigation.

Pain is a symptom

Emphasizing that the chronicity of pain makes it more difficult to control them, Dr. Abul Ahrar explains: The sooner you deal with the pain and treat it, the better the result will be, and for this reason, it is recommended to think about reducing and controlling the pain as soon as you face any kind of pain in the spine area.
