After a long time, during the last week I faced a new experience and that was eating breakfast.
During the day I was constantly feeling a little weak and I was constantly careful to eat less, not that I really didn't want to, I forced myself and it bothered me!
But when I ate breakfast, I didn't realize it was lunch time! When I was eating lunch, I didn't feel like it, so I didn't heat the dish completely because I didn't think it was necessary and I wasn't hungry either. This made me not only eat less because of eating breakfast, but also made me feel better and relaxed.
