Dead Bug Exercise
While lying on your back on the floor, stretch your arms up toward the ceiling. Press your back to the floor and take a deep breath. Raise your legs while the knees are at a 90 degree angle. Slowly exhale and lower the left leg and right hand at the same time until the back begins to bend and lift off the floor. Stop here and return to the starting position. Do this exercise on the other side. Repeat this movement 8 to 12 times, 2 times a day.
