Take it....swing your arms back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, repeat this position at least 10 times a day....you will get significant pain relief.... ### Lateral Bend This is another neck exercise that helps relieve joint tension....sit up straight then pull your head towards your shoulder as if your ear is about to touch your shoulder....stay in this position for 30 seconds then return to your position and repeat the exercise on the other side of your body....to improve neck disc with physical therapy you should do this exercise at least three to five times a day with the back of your head relaxing....while trying to touch your ear to your shoulder, your head tilt....move the neck towards both soldiers and hold this position for 30 seconds each time....
