Be careful! Drug treatment of constipation, along with toilet training, etc., has two stages.

1- The first stage of emptying hard stools that are actually stuck in the end of the intestine! Therefore, in the first 3 to 6 days, start the treatment of constipation according to the doctor's instructions using suppositories or oral medicine prescribed for your child; Free the child from hard stools!

2- The second stage is actually the maintenance stage of constipation treatment, so continue the drug treatment of this stage according to the doctor's order along with toilet training until the appropriate time.
