Anger is one of the natural emotions that are expressed in all human beings, but what is important is the control of anger, especially in children. Anger in children causes physical damage in addition to mental damage to the child, so it is better to teach children how to control anger in their childhood. **What is the cause of anger in children?** Anger and aggression are one of the natural aggressive behaviors and emotions in children. For example, when children fight over their toys and scream to the point of bruising. A young child can lash out at a playmate while doing things like making crafts. Even when the child goes to the kindergarten, due to his annoyance and discomfort and feeling neglected by his family due to being away from home, he may take revenge by pushing his hand. Factors such as studying, hunger and thirst, fatigue, differences between parents or parents' divorce, children's jealousy, etc. are among the factors that affect a child's anger. It is better to talk to the child to control his anger and solve his problems. **What should be done against children's anger?** You can take different measures against children's anger, which we will examine below. ### **Be a good role model** No matter how angry or angry you are, try to keep your anger in front of your child and do not blame him. Doing these things not only does not have a positive effect on the child's behavior, but also makes him learn to express his anger and turn to physical and verbal conflict. That is, give a type of reaction each time so that the child remembers what you will do and the queen of his mind will not do this again so that he does not go along with your expected behavior. ### **Talk to your child** Let your child calm down and then talk to him about what happened. The best time is between 30 minutes and 1 hour after this happens. Then ask him questions related to that topic. At this time, let him calm down completely and if you feel that he has calmed down a bit, hug him and teach him to express all his feelings in the best possible way. ### **Encourage his good behavior and be proud of him** Apart from when you react to his bad behavior, do the same for his good behavior and praise the child's good deeds.
