Look for any abnormal changes in the skin and nipples, depressions, accumulations, reddening, or pus discharge. Look at your breasts in different positions
A- Place both hands on both sides of the body
2- Place both hands above the head
3- Press the two hands on both sides of the pelvis so that the breasts are firm
4- Bend forward while your hands are on both sides of the pelvis
*-Examination under the shower, raise your right hand and with the fingers of your left hand dipped in soap gently, examine the right armpit in a circle from top to bottom. Do the same with your right hand and left breast. Place a pillow under your right shoulder and place your right hand under your head and gently touch all areas of the right breast in a circle from top to bottom, and continue the same work for the left side. Lying on your back, place a pillow under your shoulder, place your left hand under your head, gently place your right hand's fingers, and examine your left breast. Have proper nutrition
