To solve this problem, the present study obtains time series of epileptiform components identified in EEG and uses them to fit a generalized linear model (GLM), as an alternative to the behavior of classical regressions.. Epilepsy generators.... The proposed method instead of domain The electrode (EEG) approaches the localization process in the component domain and localizes the generators by examining the spatial correlation between the candidate components and the spike pattern as well as the patient's medical records....we used to evaluate the contribution of EEG-fMRI and the concordance between this ffray method with the EEG patients..epilepsy....The results showed significant numbers of 29 and 24 for concordance and contribution, respectively, which represents an improvement compared to the existing literature. This study also shows that while conventional methods often fail to properly localize epileptic regions in deep brain structures, the proposed method can be of particular use. Quantitative investigation by measuring the distance between IED/SOZ locations and BOLD clusters in all patients.. In summary, the proposed method goes beyond the conventional methods by breaking the dependence on spikes and using selected acanner spikee components.. 97% accuracy....
