Razi Bone Densitometry and Nuclear Medicine Center started working in 1372 in East Tehran (Pirozi Street) and is one of the oldest and most famous nuclear medicine centers. Over the years, this center has always provided the best and most accurate services to clients by updating its imaging facilities. including the simultaneous use of two gamma camera devices with the addition of the Dual Head Cardio gamma camera device of the American company ADAC, which has the ability to perform more accurate and faster nuclear heart scanning and reduces the scanning time to half the usual time in other centers. All nuclear scans requested by doctors in this center are performed by experienced technicians under the direct supervision of the doctor. including nuclear bone scan/parathyroid scan/thyroid scan/kidney scan/brain scan/tear canal scan/lung scan/bone density measurement (osteoporosis check) etc. Also, nuclear medicine treatments, including iodine therapy, are performed on an outpatient basis for patients with hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancers.
