Dr. Seyed Youssef Mojtahedi is a specialist in pediatric and infant diseases and a specialist in kidney and urinary tract diseases and blood pressure. He is an associate professor and member of the faculty of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and currently a member of the board of directors of Children's Nephrology Encyclopedia of the Ministry of Health. He has given many lectures on kidney diseases in scientific conferences and is currently an active member of the Children's Chronic Kidney Diseases Research Center affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He is a member of International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA), American Society of Nephrology (ASN), Iranian Society of Pediatric Nephrology (ISPN), Iranian Society of Nephrology (ISN) and Iranian Association of Pediatricians.
