Dr. Pooya Aslani completed his general dentistry studies at Babol Dental School and directly entered the dental prostheses and implants specialized course at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He succeeded in obtaining the specialized board of prosthodontics from the University of Tehran and during the specialization period, he managed to publish four books and scientific research articles in the field of implants and dental prostheses in reputable scientific research journals. Other activities include giving numerous speeches in domestic international congresses, holding scientific workshops in the International Congress of the Iranian Dental Association. Since 1992, he has been working as a member of the scientific board and the director of the department of fixed and removable dental prostheses of the Faculty of Dentistry in Qom, and since 1993, he has been appointed to the position of Education Development Officer (EDO) of the Faculty of Dentistry. He is also the liaison and member of the national working group for the development and excellence of dental education (under the supervision of the 9th Amayesh region).
