Dr. Mehran Dahiki Moghadam was born in 1348 AH in Qochan city of Khorasan province. He completed his primary education in that city and completed his middle and high school years in Tehran in Nafed and Kharazmi schools. In 1365, in the first experience of participating in the national exam, he was accepted into the medical field of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and at the age of seventeen, he started studying medicine as one of the youngest medical students of Tehran University, and graduated from this field in 1372.
