Dr. Arash Qoloubi entered the Mashhad Medical School in 1372 with the top rank (49) in the national entrance exam and graduated in 1379. After completing his military service in 1381, he started a specialized course in Cardiology at the Mashhad Medical School, Imam Reza Hospital (AS) and graduated in 1385 with the first rank of the national academic board. In 1386, after completing the international cardiology fellowship course (angiography and angioplasty), he went to Shahid Rajaei Cardiology Center in Tehran, and at the end of 1387, after completing the course, he returned to Mashhad University, and since then, he has been working and teaching courses in general medicine, cardiology fellowship, and Imamzaplasty.
