Dr. Mehran Doghai Moghadam was born in 1348 AH in Qochan city of Khorasan province. He completed his primary education in that city and completed his middle and high school education in Tehran, in the schools of the educational group of Nafd and Kharazmi. In 1365, in the first experience of participating in the national exam by choosing the field of medicine, he was accepted in the medical field of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and at the age of seventeen, as one of the youngest medical students of Tehran University, he started studying medicine and graduated from this field in 1372.
