I am Dr. Alireza Sheikhi. I was born on August 12, 1355 in Qazvin city. After completing my high school course in mathematics and physics in 1373, I entered the medical school. After graduating in 1380, I entered the military service at the Tehran Police Force Hospital, and I passed the specialty entrance examination in 1384 in the specialty field of internal diseases at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and entered Shahadai Martyrs Hospital in Tajrish. After 6 months, I realized that the field of internal medicine Despite its content, it is not attractive to me, so I withdrew from that field and entered the field of general surgery for a short time, but I realized that this field was not compatible with my nature, so I again withdrew from that field and practiced medicine as a general physician at Mehr Hospital on Zaratasht Street and the City Physician Clinic on Shariati Street. It is completely compatible with my spirit and since that day I thank God Almighty that I found my favorite path in life. After completing my studies in 2013 and receiving the specialized board of neurosurgery and spine surgery, I was sent to Lahijan city to fulfill my legal obligations, and I performed the first neck surgery in the east of Gilan in Lahijan city and published the report of it in the Lahij newspaper, which was the beginning of different patients coming to me, then I was transferred to Qazvin city to continue my obligations, and after the end of my obligations, I went to Sydney, Australia for a short training course and learned from the professors known as the backbone of this country. I learned a lot in many congresses and this was the beginning for me to get to know brain and spine surgeons in America and I succeeded in obtaining a brain and spine fellowship course in California at the center called City of Hope and I met professors such as Professor Behnam Badie and Professor McCann.
