Electrosurgery is a surgical technique that uses high frequency electric current to cut, coagulate, or remove tissue. Electric current is transmitted through a hand-held device called an electrosurgical pen (ESU) that has different types of electrodes for different procedures. The cautery works by rapidly heating tissue cells, causing them to burst and creating a precise surgical cut. Electrosurgery can be used in a variety of medical specialties, including skin, therapeutic and cosmetic surgeries for women, brain and neurosurgery, etc. Electrosurgery has several advantages over traditional surgery, including reduced blood loss, shorter operation time, and faster recovery time. However, there are risks associated with electrosurgery, such as burns and electric shocks. Therefore, it is necessary for surgeons to consider safety points before using this technique on patients. href="https://drdianahoseini.com/%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%BE%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%B4%D9%87%D8%AF/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="user-select: auto;" target="_blank">labiaplasty and also in therapeutic actions such as Genital wart treatment is used.
