Conversely, walking and running for long periods of time, like professional runners, can cause back cramps.. Back can include a lumbar fracture, psychosomatic or psychiatric problems.. People who suffer from severe depression or anxiety may experience frequent muscle cramps in the lower back. and so on.... Continual cramping and spasm of the shoulder muscles may be due to cramping of the neck muscles.... Symptoms of back muscle cramping Back muscle spasm mainly appears as a sudden pain in the back area.. These people mainly feel severe pain in the back area after lifting a heavy object.. They have taken a plank.... The pain and muscle cramps are mostly one-sided.. In other words, the patient only has pain on one side of his back, and when we touch the muscles, the muscles on the side that has cramps become completely tight. have, the person bends to the same side and bending to the opposite side leads to severe back pain... The pain of these patients worsens after bending and straightening... So these people avoid bending and straightening and sit straight... How long does back muscle spasm last?... Most cases of back muscle spasm do not require special treatment and recover completely within one to two weeks. Exercise for back muscle cramps. are: #### Move number one: - Kneel down and place your palms on the floor... so that your elbows are completely straight... - Bend your back a little and take a deep breath... - At the same time as you exhale, move your neck back and look at the ceiling... - Repeat this 5 to 10 times a day... #### Movement number two: - Lie on the floor or bed (preferably on a flat surface) - Place your hands parallel to your body.... - Raise your waist a few centimeters and hold.... - Repeat this movement 5 to 10 times a day... #### Movement number three: Kneel on the ground and spread your legs... - Raise your torso and arms - then lean forward; in such a way that the chest meets the thigh.... in this position the arms should be fully extended and the palms on the floor.... - hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds.... - repeat this movement 5 to 10 times a day... - sit on a chair and bend the palms on your knees and try to bend your knees forward - .... knees .... - hold this position for 30 seconds .... - then slowly with the help of the arms Self, self smooth do.. back.... - repeat this movement 3 to 5 times a day... #### movement number five: - lie on the ground; so that the shoulders and waist are completely attached to the ground.... - bend your knees; So that the soles of your feet are in contact with the ground.... - Move your knees 45 degrees to the right and hold for ten seconds.... - Then move your knees to the left by 45 degrees and hold for ten seconds.... - Repeat this movement 5 to 10 times a day.. Research has shown that the consumption of fibers such as fruits, broccoli, cabbage oil, broccoli, vegetables, broccoli, vegetables, broccoli, vegetables and spinach, green tea, avocado, beans, dairy products, fish, nuts, etc. can help improve back cramps and relieve them.
