Cardio-vascular and skeletal-muscular diseases with prolonged standing and also prolonged sitting are at your one step. Jobs such as bank employees, all offices, accountants, secretaries and people who deal with computers sit a lot during the day, and jobs like hairdressers, cooks, connoisseurs and people who work on production lines and packaging or assembly stand a lot during the day. People are prone to varicose veins, muscle fatigue and weakness, joint involvement involved in bearing weight such as hip, knee and leg, as well as heart ailments. These complications can be reduced with a few simple tricks: After every 20 minutes of sitting, people should stand for 8 minutes and walk and move for 5 minutes. This method helps the muscles, fuel and body structure and proper vascular function a lot. When standing, they should make sure that the shoulders are level and avoid hunching or tilting the spine, and always transfer the weight from one leg to another and contract the quadriceps. Also, after every twenty minutes, the students must do 20 heel and toe movements. Using standard shoes, by keeping the arch of the sole of the foot, absorbs the pressure The use of varicose stockings is also recommended for vascular drainage. Having a suitable footrest is strongly recommended for both people who stand a lot and people who sit for a long time. It is recommended that these people do simple lower back exercises when they are at home, also contraction in place or isometric quadriceps exercises will be very useful. Doing stretching exercises for the back, neck and lower limbs in the morning and at night is very effective in removing the complications of sitting and standing for a long time. Walking at least three times a week for about twenty minutes is one of the effective recommendations.
