Physiotherapy exercises for broken ankle have different effects: Strengthening the ankle muscles: doing special exercises can help to strengthen the ankle muscles and increase its strength....Increasing balance: ankle balance and stability can be improved by doing special exercises....Increasing flexibility: flexibility exercises help to increase the movement of the ankle....reducing the risk of re-fracture and increasing the ankle fracture. Suitable exercises for a broken ankle Some useful exercises for a broken ankle are: Balance exercises: doing exercises that increase the balance and stability of the ankle is very useful....Flexibility exercises: Exercises that help to increase the flexibility of the ankle can help repair ankle fractures....Strengthening exercises: Exercises that strengthen the ankle muscles help to improve the condition of the ankle....Symptoms of fractures in the ankle area: Your ankle is the joint where the talus (ankle bone) and tibia (shin bone) and lower leg connect and move.. Fifth movement In the sitting position, put the towel around your leg and slowly pull the towel until you feel the tension in your leg and keep it like this for 10 seconds... 6... Sixth movement Stand and support yourself with a support... In this position, stand on your toes and repeat this movement 10 times... 7... Seventh movement... Stand and support yourself with a support... In the position that you have transferred your weight to the injured leg, raise your healthy leg... Repeat this movement 10 times.
