Hello! I am Dr. Mehdi Esmaili, an energetic physiotherapist who is always learning. My story began in the lovely scientific corridors of Alborz High School, where I graduated with a degree in experimental sciences with good memories. Since those days, the dream of helping people and the world of health was in my head. Having scored 910 in the national entrance exam, I entered the fascinating world of physiotherapy in Tehran's rehabilitation and social health sciences. The undergraduate course was full of discovery and learning for me, and my interest in this field grew day by day. This interest led me to take a bigger step, and with the grace of God and a lot of effort, I managed to get the 3rd rank in the master's exam of the Ministry of Health. I finished the master's course in the field of physiotherapy in Tehran Medical Sciences, one of the most prestigious in the country. This course was an opportunity to deepen my knowledge and prepare for a better service. My interest in participating in professional development led me to be elected as a member of the board of directors of the electrotherapy and corrective movements branch of the Iranian Physiotherapy Association, as well as a member of the Tehran province committee of this association. These responsibilities give me the opportunity to work together with my colleagues to improve the level of physiotherapy in the country. The excitement and challenges of the world of sports have always been attractive to me, and for this reason, I had the honor of being a physiotherapist of Pekan Tehran volleyball team, one of the proudest teams in the country, alongside professional athletes. Since I believe in sharing knowledge, I decided to write my experiences in the form of a book on corrective exercises, a comprehensive guide to corrective exercises to help more people. Help me have a healthier body. In addition, I have published two ISI articles on dry needling and static stretching in stroke patients to make a small contribution to advancing the frontiers of knowledge. Also, as a reviewer of the Spanish International Journal of Invasive Physiotherapy, I am active in evaluating and reviewing the latest research in this field at the global level.
