Should the mattress be hard or soft?
For many mattress buyers, the question is whether soft mattresses are standard or hard mattresses?
In response, you should know that a mattress that is too soft or too hard does not guarantee your health and comfort when you sleep.
What should be considered more than the softness or hardness of the mattress is the full support of the body while sleeping. Our body has several pressure points through which it exerts force on the mattress while sleeping. The most important pressure points are the hips, head and shoulders. The degree of softness or hardness of the mattress should be such that these points are in their correct position and not higher or lower than the perfect position.
The waist and the back of the leg and the thigh of the leg are also points that have a natural curve, and if you sleep on an inappropriate mattress, they will go out of their normal position. Therefore, the structure of the mattress should be in a way that does not transfer the force from the pressure points to other parts and does not empty the curve.
