1- The gender of breast cancer is much higher in women than in men 2- Rising Women's age 3- Family history of breast cancer 4- Obesity 5- Lack of breastfeeding 6- Infertility until the age of 30 years 7- Heavy use of high estrogen contraceptive pills 8- Excessive use of hookah cigarettes and alcohol 9- Beginning of menstruation before the age of 12 10- Continuation of menstruation after the age of 50 11- Breasts with metamorphic texture 12- Depression, social frustration, deep grief of losing a loved one, being unloved by a spouse etc.
Signs of changes in the breast tissue:
1. Palpation of a mass in the breasts or armpit. 3. Warm swelling, redness, or darkness in the breasts. 3. Changes in the size or shape of the breasts. 4. Itching or rashes on the breasts, especially in the nipples. *- The best way to detect breast lumps is self-examination, this examination is better to be done in peace and includes: firstly, the whole breast and sternum are examined, and after the breast examination: you must sit upright in such a way that you have control over all the breast areas, and with appropriate soft pressure of the fingers (not with the tips of your fingers) on the breasts in a circle like the hands of a clock and from top to bottom, touch all the surfaces of both breasts and armpit areas.
