7 natural ways to treat postpartum swelling

Many women experience swelling in the face, hands, feet, and toes after giving birth.... In some women, the cesarean area or the perineum area also swells in case of a cut or tear.

What is the cause of postpartum edema?

During pregnancy, the body produces 50% more blood and fluids than normal to meet the needs of the developing fetus and placenta.
