Naming emotions, what we call labeling in psychology, is an important first step in dealing with emotions....but doing so is harder than it seems....many of us are unable to identify our own emotions, and many times, children's most accurate emotional intelligence is in labeling them....identifying emotions begins.... **Getting to know Types of emotions Understanding human emotions can be effective in understanding human behavior and relationships... Emotions are actually complex psychological and physiological states that have a direct impact on our decisions and thoughts... It is universal among all cultures....These basic emotions serve as the basis for more complex and subtle emotions that often arise from combinations or variations of these basic states....For example, guilt is a combination of sadness and regret, while nostalgia is a combination of joy and longing....Emotions are not only primary emotions..but there are many secondary emotions that arise from the social, cultural and personal experiences of each individual and society.. It includes gratitude, excitement and satisfaction, well-being, social connection and flexibility.. while negative emotions such as jealousy, distress, anxiety and.....
